Where are you located?
The salon is located at 206a  Maunganui Road at Mt Maunganui, near the top end of the main downtown area next to the ANZ Bank just after the roundabout.

Our hours are:

Mon: 9:30am – 8:00pm
Tues: 9.00am – 7:00pm
Wed: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Thu: 9:30am – 8:00pm
Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Sat: 9:00am – 4:00pm

I am a natural blonde and want to go dark is that possible?
Yes

If I go Dark and want to go back to being blonde is that also possible?
Yes but it is a long process and it will take several sessions to get it back to what it was, months… You will need to have treatments to recondition the hair and keep these up along with a home hair care range.

Bstraight… Is it true that I will be able to swim, go out in the rain, be in the humidity and my hair will stay straight?
Yes! Also there is no need to iron your hair every time you wash it.

How long will bstraight last?
It will last 6 to 12 months depending on how curly your regrowth is. But whatever is straightened will stay straight until it grows out.

Do you have an ammonia free colour that will cover 100% grey hair?.
Yes, the NEW INOA SYSTEM.

How often should I have my haircut?
For short style 4 to 5 weeks if you want to style to stay looking great and have easy manageability. If it is long every 6 to 8 weeks is great to keep hair healthy and we recommend a treatment each cut to help the hair stay healthy.

I am using my hot iron on my hair daily, will I cause damage by doing this?

Yes you will if you are not using heat protection before using irons. At CHS we recommend GHD products to heat protect, Kerastase Vita Ciment and Redken heat glide. These are are all excellent products and will protect your hair from damage.
