If I have partially coloured hair like ombre, what is the best Serioxyl kit to use?
To protect your hair colour and sensitised areas of the hair, we recommend using Serioxyl kit 2 as it is formulated for coloured hair, If you are unsure, discuss this with the team at CHS, they are the best source of hair advice.

This is an amazing system for thin hair, it helps with hair growth and density, we are loving the products in the salon for our thinning hair clients.

How Long do I have to use the Serioxyl routine for?
The recommended duration is a minimum of 3 months to ensure optimum results.

I have thinning hair, what hair advice can you recommend?
Thinning hair is one of the biggest concerns for women! We can help you  unleash your hairs potential giving you thicker, denser hair and stimulated hair growth with the latest system by Loreal Professionnel SERIOXYL.
I am using my hot iron on my hair daily, will I cause damage by doing this?
Yes you will if you are not using heat protection before using irons. At CHS we recommend heat protectors from our range of Kerastase Thermique, there are for all hair types. They are all excellent products and will protect your hair from damage.

We use these products on all our blow waving clients, they leave the hair feeling nourished and feeling soft and silky!

I have a lot of short hair around my hairline that never grows, what can I do?
Kerastase launched a new product last year after 25 years of research, we have used it in salon on our stylists and have seen visible results after a 5 week period. Kate has very fine hair and has always had fine hair, after using INITIALISTE for a 5 week period even her Dad commented on how much better her hair was looking

Another client who has had no growth on short hair around her hairline for the last 15 years, after using INITIALISTE for 6 weeks now has a fringe. As I have seen the results I would recommend it to anyone with fine hair, it definitely makes the hair look and feel a lot thicker and stronger.

How often should I have my haircut?
For short style 4 to 5 weeks if you want to style to stay looking great and have easy manageability. If it is long every 6 to 8 weeks is great.  Bonus hair advice: to keep hair healthy and we recommend a treatment each cut to help the hair stay healthy. Kerastase Fusio Dose treatments are a must for healthy hair!
Do you have an ammonia free colour that will cover 100% grey hair?
Yes, the INOA SYSTEM.

Inoa is an ammonia free permanent colour giving great coverage for grey hair. The coverage is very luminous, long lasting, doesn’t fade and looks very natural.

If I go Dark and want to go back to being blonde is that also possible?
Yes, but it is a long process and it will take several sessions to get it back to what it was, months. You will need to have treatments to recondition the hair and keep these up along with a home hair care range.

I am a natural blonde and want to go dark is that possible?
Yes it is possible, but I highly recommend a consultation with one of our stylists so they can explain to you how your regrowth will look and the process to go back blonde at a later date.
